  • $600: 3,001 - 4,000 sq ft
  • $700: 4,001 - 5,000 sq ft.
  • $750: 5,001 - 5,500 sq ft
  • $800: 5,501 - 6,000 sq ft

The above fee schedule is based on actual inspection square footage, not listed square footage.
Calculating actual square footage:
Please include basement, and all rooms and spaces to be inspected.

Minimum Re-inspection Fee $100

Minimum Trip Charge (Regardless of situation) $100

Please plan a minimum of 3 hours for inspection. The larger the home/structure, the more time it will take.

Legal Services:

Deposition/Court Testimony: $500/hr; 2 hr. minimum

Expert Witness Fee: $500/hr; 2 hr. minimum
